Set Goals- Smash Them

Just a few short months ago, this girl decided to put her faith in me and allow me to coach her. She started this journey at 138lbs. in the left photo. Her goal was 125. We hit that last week (right photo) after starting together at the end of January. It’s less than a 15 pound weight loss, and that might not sound like a lot, but the transformation she’s made in her body composition is more than I could have guessed. She’s gained more confidence, and I am so happy to have been able to help her. Now- we’ve reached the goal. Are we done? Heck no. Now we get to work on eating more food and building muscle, while trying to keep the scale from fluctuating. No tricks, no gimmicks. She’s put in some serious dedication, and I can’t wait to see where we go from here!
