Sweet & Low

It’s that time again already! It feels like this week went by in hyper speed!! It’s time for another Fit Friday Challenge!!

This week, I decided to do something just a tad different. The goal of this challenge is to keep every exercise “sweet and low” down to the ground. Make sure to drop that booty on the wall sits and pulse squats, squeeze it tight on the supermans, and skate like you’re racing Apollo at the Olympics! Keep your center of gravity sweet and low, and really feel the burn on this one!
