…and that’s a wrap!



Switching things up a little on you today, and giving you an AMRAP for your challenge.

Question: What the heck is AMRAP?

Answer: AMRAP means as many reps as possible.

So, today’s challenge says you need to do 10 pike push-ups, 10 pulse squats, and 10 jumping jacks. When you do those AMRAP style, that means that you do your cycle of 10/10/10 but you keep repeating it over and over, and over again until 3 minutes is up. Instead of saying, “ok, do this cycle 4 times and done”, we’re just timing it instead. Easy as that…or maybe not. This one could give you a run for your money. What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger, right?! Now get to amrapping…
