Friday has snuck right up on me again!
Today I’m giving you a little taste of what’s to come when Boot Camp begins next week (June 14th). Your Fit Friday Challenge this week is a bit of what will go down over the next four weeks of boot camp. You’re getting a little tabata-esque work with a side of abs. And if this workout gets your heart pumping and you want a little more, then you need to get your butt to boot camp. No one ever made progress by sitting on the couch!
