Our new class schedule in our new home has been set! Intrepidly Fit will be now hosting HIIT Fitness classes at An Event Project in uptown Somerset, Pa. HIIT Fitness is a mix of high intensity interval training, resistance work, and body weight exercises created to get your heart pumping and your body moving. It’s great for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. If you’ve attended a boot camp or pop-up class previously, then you know what HIIT Fitness is all about.

Do you hate the idea of having to lock yourself into a gym membership? Do you like to just drop into a class here and there? Then you should check us out! No membership is required. You can pay per class, or if you really love it then you can buy bulk sessions for a discount…and who doesn’t love a discount?! Classes are set for Saturdays at 9:00 am and last approximately 1 hour.
