HIIT Fitness is a mix of high intensity interval training, resistance work, and body weight exercises created to get your heart pumping and your body moving. It’s great for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced.

Location: 113 East Main Street, Somerset, PA 15501 (in the An Event Project studio)
Cost: $10/class or $8 if bought in bulk of 2 or more.
